Complaints and Disputes
Our Bodilson team will do its utmost to make your order with great care in our factory and deliver it to you satisfactorily. In the unlikely event that something is not right with the product supplied by us or with regard to the service, we are happy to help you as follows.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of your complaint and clear photos. You will receive a written substantive response (email) from our service team within 3 working days. A complaint can relate to the delivered product or to the service.
In the event of a well-founded complaint, Bodilson suggests how to resolve it. The solution will be done within 4 weeks.
