Not satisfied? You can return your products within 30 days of receipt of your order. We've outlined the process below:
1. Withdrawal period
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically take possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of the Revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you with the same payment method as you used to perform the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such a refund. We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You can contact our employees via the email address email@example.com. Include your invoice number and address details in your email. You will receive a return label from the GLS. The GLS returns the goods. As soon as the item has been properly returned, undamaged and preferably packed in the original packaging, the purchase amount will be refunded. This happens within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment. The costs for return are €6,95 per package and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded upon return.
3. Terms of Return
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 30 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
Items that are returned to us should, if possible, be provided with the original, undamaged packaging together with a copy of your proof of purchase (for example the invoice) and a return form that is completed as completely as possible. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. When you return to our warehouse, the carpet will be assessed and it will be determined whether the full amount or an amount with deduction of value will be refunded to you. You will be notified by email. You will receive the amount up to 14 days after the cancellation notice has been received. However, we may wait with a refund until we have received the carpet, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the carpet, whichever comes first.
